Bill has more than 25 years of investment and retirement planning experience, with 14 of those years spent at INTRUST. Prior to joining INTRUST Retirement, he was Vice President and Investment Manager at Bank IV. Bill received his bachelor’s degree in business from Kansas State University. He also is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) with the Center for Fiduciary Studies.

Tom determines the overall investment strategy for all areas of INTRUST Wealth and Retirement and oversees the investment manager selection process. He has more than 27 years of investment management experience, with the last 16 years spent at INTRUST. Tom received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and his MBA from the University of Nebraska. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.

John has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services and employee benefit industry. Prior to joining INTRUST Retirement, he was Vice President and Regional Manager of the trust and investment group for Bank IV Oklahoma, N.A. He also worked in trust and administrative services with BancOklahoma Trust Company and provided financial accounting services with KPMG Peat Marwick. John received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Troy joined the Wealth and Retirement division of INTRUST in 1996. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry. He received his bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Kansas State University. At INTRUST, Troy’s responsibilities have included sales, sales management, client service and recordkeeping management. Troy currently oversees all activities of the INTRUST Wealth & Retirement division, which includes INTRUST Wealth, INTRUST Retirement, and NestEgg U. He is a board member of the Kansas Council of Economic Education and a member of the Relius Executive Forum, FIS Wealth Management Executive Council and BMO Harris Trust Outsourcing Council.

Karla joined INTRUST Retirement in 1996 as Senior Benefits Administrator. She then became the Defined Contribution Manager in 1998. Karla worked with SunGard Wealth Management Services as Defined Contribution Manager and Senior Actuarial Analyst before rejoining INTRUST in 2004. She also spent seven years as a Retirement Plan Benefits Administrator for Willis Corroon Corp. of Kansas. Karla has more than 24 years of defined contribution recordkeeping and compliance experience. She received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics with emphasis in statistics and a minor in computer science from Wichita State University. Karla has served as an active board member of the Relius Administration National Daily User Group (RANDUG) supporting our chosen technology partner, SunGard Relius, for several years and currently holds the office of RANDUG President.

In this position, Bill manages investment portfolios for INTRUST Wealth and Retirement clients. Additionally, he helps analyze, develop and execute the division’s investment vision. Prior to joining INTRUST, Bill served as Director of Managed Account Services at SunGard Advisor Technologies and Folio Dynamix. In this role, he consulted with and delivered investment solutions to wealth and retirement firms across the nation. Bill has authored numerous industry articles and whitepapers and is a frequent speaker on investment strategies and industry innovation. Bill holds an MBA from the University of Kansas, is a CFA Charterholder and has more than 15 years of investment-related experience.

Kacey joined the INTRUST Wealth & Retirement Management team in August of 2015. He graduated from Oklahoma Christian University summa cum laude with a B.S. in government and legal studies in 2004, received his J. D. with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2007 and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2008. Prior to joining INTRUST, Kacey practiced law in Oklahoma with an emphasis on business transactions, tax planning, tax controversies and litigation.

Rob joined INTRUST Retirement in 1996 and has over 25 years experience in the wealth management and retirement industries. At INTRUST, his responsibilities have included sales, client service management and recordkeeping management. Rob currently oversees client facing activities of the Retirement group, including fiduciary services, plan administration and NestEgg U. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from Emporia State University. He is also a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS). Rob has been active in a number of civic groups, including Leadership 2000, United Way, YMCA and Rainbows United.

Scott oversees the development and implementation of NestEgg U’s curriculum and has more than 20 years of banking and retail experience. He has conducted hundreds of education meetings for plan participants across the country, with topics ranging from initial 401(k) education to detailed investment analysis. Scott received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.
